I haven’t done a post in a while so I thought I would update you with what I’ve been up to. To begin the year I have been continuing my campanella lullabies project and I have just recorded my own special arrangements of “Rock-a-bye Baby” and “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” Both of these melodies are so popular and recognisable that it can be a challenge to make them sound different or even interesting, but with my unique approach of combining melody and harmony in campanella style, plus incorporating some unexpected harmony notes, I think I have achieved it!
